What A Terrific Way To Start Tuesday!

Good morning everyone, Randy May, here … I just had a great session on Morning Motivator, with Janet Legere. Tuesdays are usually presented by Steve Gaghagen, but Steve couldn’t make it so Janet took the reins and did a great job, thanks Janet!
As always, Tuesdays we focus on some guided meditation and today, we did an exercise in “following our breathing”. We were guided by a video done by Lori Granger of Guided Meditation. I had done this particular exercise before, but I have one more thing to add to my gratitude list today since I experienced it again!
Focusing on only our breathing seems rather simple, in nature, but when you are involved in doing it, your perception may change just a little! Today, my mind was almost racing, in and out, in and out, dodging, reversing, side stepping … slowing, speeding up … what a ride I was having! Each time mind mind allowed a thought to enter, I needed to let it go and get back to my breathing. I must have let go at least a hundred times in that 10-15 minute session. But you know what, I find it very comforting to realize that because I have done this breathing exercise, I am able to easily focus on what I have to accomplish today, step by step and I feel invigorated to harness the power within me to do just that. What a great feeling!
Earlier today, I completed day #24 of Tools To Life and received extensive incite into the Mind and how it really works. I was extremely positive and empowered after finishing my Tools work, then here came the kicker on Morning Motivator. I just can’t imagine beginning my day, any day, with such feelings of power and confidence. What is really exciting is that what I learned in Tools today, will allow me to reproduce these feelings anytime I wish to experience them … isn’t that just great! We all can learn to do these things if we want to make change in our lives. I’m doing it and loving it … want to join me?
