Thundering Thursday

Welcome to my newest blog site … I encourage you to visit it often as I will be posting regularily. The primary focus of my posts will be in the area of Personal Growth and Development, and will spill over into the Growth and Development of my Internet Networking Experiences.

“Destiny is not a matter of chance; but a matter of choice.
It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.”

-William Jennings Bryan

Well, Good Morning Everyone! I’m having a great Day! How about you? Today at The Morning Motivator session, we were guided to think once again, about just what was making the biggest noise in our heads! Yes, sometimes there are so many thoughts zooming around in there that it seems my head is full of Thunder … have you ever experienced this?

Well today, we focused directly upon this issue and confronted the relationship that our “Thunder” has with the “Law Of Attraction”. You remember that law, right? I’ve mentioned it once or twice in previous blog posts! Let’s take a small step back and take a look at that quote from William Jennings Bryan … Destiny is not a matter of chance; but a matter of choice. Do you choose your destiny today, or does the “Thunder” in your head make the choice? I needed to ask myself this question and then, I needed to ponder it just a bit … I realized that more often than not, I don’t think I was consciously making those choices about my destiny … the loudest voice in my head was most likely doing it!

What I needed to do was this ….. Quiet the NOISE ….. listen carefully. YES! Just because it is noisy or Thunderous, doesn’t mean a thought is not of value to me and my destiny … what I needed to do was to follow the lessons from “Weedless Wednesday”… listen carefully to each thought that was in my head, let go of the ones that didn’t belong there and OMG, all that was left was the positive stuff that helped make that choice about what I wanted and where I wanted to go or be. As I weeded my thought garden, so to speak, the “Thunder” began to diminish and that peaceful sound of harmony and balance became reality.

Now, in this peaceful and harmonious state of balance, I can focus on those thoughts that have magnetic power. I can attach my favorite emotion, passion, to these remaining thoughts and the law of attraction can now take control and I’m looking directly at my own destiny … as clear as a living photo … I can see what I want and what is really neat, is that I have a good feeling about knowing what actions I need to do to get there!

Remember, make sure that you are giving attention to what you want. Whatever thoughts you are giving attention to, the law of attraction will respond to. The evidence of your thoughts continually flow toward you.

Quiet the NOISE and listen carefully.

I want to leave you today with a short video that may help put this all into perspective for you … it did for me.

Tomorrow I will be back with another post, sharing what I have learned and experienced today … If you would like to comment on this post, please do, they are always appreciated!
